PMI works hard to minimize its impact on the environment, including on the people who make our products. Together with our partners, we helped elevate sustainability across the industry, while applying those same standards to every product we produce.

And if a factory can’t follow our employee health, safety and sustainability guidelines, we won’t work with them. Simple as that. It’s a big reason why we have a 96% factory worker retention rate.
