Our Team

Nothing matters more than our people.

We empower our employees to actively create opportunities for growth. We hire new employees for culture add, not for culture fit. We proactively seek out input from any missing voices in the room to spark new ideas and fresh perspectives.

This is a big reason why we’re so good at creating iconic products that stand the test of time. We wouldn’t have it any other way.

Matt Dolph

Design Engineer

“I love to hike, surf and snowboard. I also love to design and develop new things. PMI encourages me to bring my passions into the office to help create durable, legendary, and awesome products to keep our customers enjoying the activities they cherish most!”

As a design engineer, I’m charged with making great products that help me, and our customers, participate in the outdoor activities we all love. If I’m working on a new bottle line, I often think about how it can keep my coffee piping hot even after a frigid morning surf session. Or how we can create the best camp cook set on the planet, to ensure our customers will eat delicious food every time they hit the trails.

Working at PMI empowers me to integrate these two fundamental aspects of my life – my passion for outdoor activities and exploration, and my drive to create superior, durable and sustainable products – in a truly rewarding way!

Associate Product Manager

“I love creating beautiful merchandise, while working on a team that truly feels like family.”

My main focus is on developing PMI’s line of stainless steel products, which includes all of those stylish drink cups and travel mugs you see for sale at Starbucks. I absolutely love crafting beautiful merchandise that is available across the nation, and around the world, in one of the leading global retailers.

It’s a thrill to walk into a Starbucks store, from Seattle to Beijing, and see our hard work lining the shelves. And then to see customers enjoy our products both on social media and in their everyday lives.

At the same time, working at PMI feels like belonging to a close-knit family. It’s what makes my job truly special: working for an organization where we can enjoy each other’s company, while crafting superior products.

Factory Manager, PMI South America

“My team is driving PMI’s initiatives to create high quality, sustainable products for customers, while increasing automation. We’re making the company more competitive, while remaining committed to our deep-rooted vision of sustainability.”

I am the factory manager at PMI South America, primarily focused on implementing Industry 4.0 initiatives throughout our operations. By using automation to streamline our manufacturing processes, we’re working to drive new milestones in quality improvement while minimizing costs. And we’re doing it while remaining committed to the preservation of the environment and our surrounding communities.

I’m also a scuba diver and soccer player, and I believe that optimism has been essential in reaching my own goals while helping others to succeed in theirs. This perspective is shared throughout our team, and I believe it’s one reason PMI has been so successful over the years.
