Bob Keller

Chief Executive Officer

Bob Keller is CEO of Pacific Market International, responsible for day-to-day operations and overseeing PMI’s family of brands, including Stanley® and Aladdin®, among other food and beverage container products.

Bob was previously CEO of Escalade Inc, where he led its transformation into a focused sporting goods and outdoor recreation company. He has also held key roles in numerous best-in-class consumer product companies, including Coca-Cola, Clorox, Vista Outdoor and Russell Athletic.

Bob earned his bachelor’s degree in industrial and systems engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology and completed the Senior Executive Finance Program at Harvard Business School.

Brent Denniston

Chief Supply Chain Officer

Brent Denniston is CSCO at Pacific Market International. He oversees the company’s Creative Development Center and global planning, sourcing, manufacturing and logistics operations.

Brent previously served as SVP, Business Development and International Operations at LBP Manufacturing, where he oversaw global sales, marketing and innovation, and the company’s European and Asian operations. He has also held key executive leadership roles at Starbucks Corporation and numerous engineering and manufacturing roles at Procter & Gamble.

Brent holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Paper Science and Engineering from the University of Wisconsin Stevens Point and a Master of Science degree in Paper Science and Engineering from the Institute of Paper Science and Technology, now a part of the Georgia Institute of Technology.

Mark Towery

President, Starbucks Global Group

Mark Towery is President, Starbucks Global Group at Pacific Market International. He is focused on company growth through the introduction of innovative and environmentally sustainable beverage and food storage solutions for on-the-go consumers.

Previously, Mark served as CEO, president and co-founder of Formation Brands LLC, a designer of fashion-forward drinkware, tableware, barware, cut-n-sew, paper and ceramics made for both the home and gift markets. Formation Brands was acquired by PMI in 2016. Mark also founded Impulse Organizers Inc., a wholesaler of time management and stationary products for office product dealers and independent gift stores nationwide.

Mark started his career as a production cost analyst, and he graduated from UCLA with a B.S. degree in Economics.

Qin Chen

President (China, Asia Pacific)

Qin Chen joined PMI in 1992 and has extensive experiences in supplier partnership management and business development in China and Asia Pacific markets, executing and creating strategies to drive growth within intensely competitive channels.

Over the years, he has served as VP responsible for PMI’s Asia Pacific business development and operations, General Manager of PMI Shanghai, Sourcing and Production Manager, Importation and Logistics Manager, and Chief Representative of PMI Shanghai.

Qin Chen received his B. A. degree from Beijing Foreign Studies University, Beijing, China and an MBA degree from Seattle Pacific University, Seattle, Washington.

Andréa Martins

President (EMEA and South America)

Andréa has over 20 years of experience in the consumer goods industries and with positions in marketing, commercial and general management. Previously, she has held GM positions in Kraft Foods Ecuador and Mondelez North/Northeast Business Unit, where she was responsible for operations from sales to plant management. She has worked for big companies as Camil Alimentos, BDF Nivea and Reckitt Benckiser.

Andréa lead various transformation projects such as the Kraft-Cadbury acquisition and building a marketing culture in Camil, a Brazilian commodity company.

Andréa majored in Marketing in ESPM in Brazil and completed her studies in UC Berkeley and Yale Executive Business School.

BJ Phillips

Chief Financial Officer

BJ Phillips is CFO of PMI Worldwide. He has over 20 years of experience in finance, accounting, and operations, spanning a wide variety of industries and global businesses.

BJ previously served as VP of Finance at Marchex, a publicly traded advertising technology company. Prior to that, he held financial leadership roles in banking and was an auditor for Deloitte. BJ earned his BBA in accounting from the University of Notre Dame.

Terence Reilly

President Global Stanley

Terence Reilly is the Global President for the company’s Stanley® brand. Reilly leads global brand, sales, marketing, e-commerce and product design for the Stanley® family of products sold around the world. and oversees PMI’s private label division. Reilly joined PMI after seven years with Crocs most recently as its Chief Marketing Officer where he led the brand’s resurgence with innovative marketing, social media excellence, collaborations and celebrity partnerships. Reilly has also held numerous leadership positions, most notably with Famous Footwear, American Express and Prudential Financial.
